Dr.Agrawal is involved in taking up his home town Barwa Sagar for development. He has got power line brought to Barwa Sagar,got water supply scheme sanctioned. Recently, he has got the tourist and religious place 'Swargashram Jharna' renovated and samadhi of Swami ji completed. He got one Agrawal Sabha dharmashalla completed and got opened to general public.
Dr. Agrawal organised 'Free Health Check UP' by Medanta Hospital, New Delhi recently at his hometown through the Delhi based NGO Help3 of which Dr.Agrawal is the chief Patron.
